Ss Ice

Down here on Stonehousepet Road, things stay pretty consistent. We are at 2-68-421 in Lakshmipuram. It is a busy enough street with people going about their business. Dealing with ice is what we do every single day. It can get a bit messy with the water and all that, but it’s the work we chose. We spend most of the morning getting things sorted. The building is just a standard place, nothing special to look at from the outside. People around Lakshmipuram know where to find us if they need something cold. It is a lot of lifting and moving stuff around. My back feels it sometimes at the end of the week. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled right. The road gets dusty in the summer months. You see the same faces passing by the shop window every morning. We try to keep things organized, though it gets hectic when the weather is really hot. That is when everyone seems to need what we have at the same time. We don’t put up big signs or anything. People just know Ss Ice is here on the road. It’s been that way for a bit. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done. It’s a living. We appreciate the neighbors who stop to chat for a minute before moving on. It helps the day go by a bit faster when you know the people around you.
