Sr.Supervisor(Jr.Engineer)

This is the place where P. Siva Krishna and the team handle things, located at Door Number 3/477 on Karnala Street in Srikalahasti. My father, P. Subbaramaiah, taught me a lot about how to manage work and people, and we carry that on here. It is a small town, and everyone knows everyone else’s business, so we have to be honest and straightforward in everything we do. Our office is basically part of the house, which makes it easy to start work early. We supervise projects around the area, acting as the bridge between the plans and the actual construction. It involves a lot of walking around in the sun and talking to workers to make sure they understand what needs to happen. We don't have a big corporate structure or any of that. It is just us, some notebooks, and our local knowledge of the land and the people. Srikalahasti is a spiritual place, and we try to work with a sense of respect for the community. Sometimes things get delayed because of the festivals or the weather, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't looking to become a giant company; we just want to do our job as supervisors well and keep our family name in good standing through the work we leave behind.
