Our company, Srivenkateswara Farms Private Limited, is based in Tirupati. Specifically, we are on Karakambadi Road. The house number is 4-66/2 in the Bank Employees Colony. It’s a nice enough area to work out of. Being in the Chittoor district means we deal with a lot of local farming interests. We’ve been here for a while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the paperwork done for the farm business. Tirupati is a busy place, but Bank Employees Colony is a bit more tucked away from the noise. We spend our days tracking what’s happening on the land. Sometimes things go well, sometimes we have issues with the supply or the weather, like anyone else in this business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to the people we work with directly. It’s more personal that way. If you walk down Karakambadi Road, you’ll find our building easily enough. We keep regular hours, mostly. Farming doesn't really stop, so we are usually thinking about it even when the office is closed for the day. We deal with the logistics and the planning from this location. It’s practical work. We try to stay focused on what needs to be done today rather than worrying too much about next year. It’s just us doing our job in Tirupati. We keep it simple and honest.
