Srinivasa Rao Chalamcherla

I have been working here in Tirupati for a good while now. Most people know the main head office area, and that is where you will find me. It is not some big glass building or anything like that. It is just a regular place where I get things done. I started this because I needed something to do locally and it grew from there. Some days it is very busy with people coming in and out, and other days it is quiet enough to actually get some paperwork finished. I don't really have a big team, it's mostly just me and a couple of others helping out when things get piled up. If someone asks for help, I see what I can do. There is no big secret to how I run things here. It is just about showing up every day and making sure the work is handled properly. I like it that way because it keeps things simple for everyone.
