Our place is right on Bazaar Street at number 52. If you know where Mahaveer Jewellers is, we are just across from them. Bazaar Street is one of those places in Tirupati that is always full of life. There are shops everywhere and people walking by at all hours. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The office is small and tucked between other shops. We usually have a couple of cars parked as close as we can get them, which isn't always easy in this narrow street. Our day starts before the sun is fully up, checking the vehicles and talking to the drivers about their routes. We deal with all kinds of people, from locals to those visiting for the first time. Since we are in the heart of the market, we hear all the city noise. We’ve got a small fan to keep the heat away and plenty of water for anyone who stops in. We use a lot of paper to keep track of things. It’s a busy life running a travel business on a street like this. We don’t really do advertisements; people just see our sign when they are out shopping for jewelry or clothes. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure everyone gets where they are going without much fuss. It’s a lot of coordination and a bit of luck with the traffic.
