Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Textiles Fabrics Private Limited is our little company over in Tirupathi. We are located at 8-3-312 Kothaveedi, right on T K Street. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded and noisy, but we like being in the thick of things. Chittoor has a lot of history with cloth, and we are just trying to keep that going in our own small way. Most of our space is filled up with rolls of fabric and samples of different textures. It’s not the cleanest or most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend our time talking to people about what kind of fabrics they need and checking that the quality is what it should be. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure the orders are packed right. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It’s just us, the staff, handling the day-to-day grind. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but we use that time to grab a tea and talk. We aren't looking to be the biggest textile firm out there. We just want to do honest work and stay in business at our Kothaveedi location. It’s what we know, and we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels like second nature now.
