Our business, Sree Dhanalakshmi Tours & Travels, is located at Shop No 20 in the B B C Complex in Tirumala. We are situated near the Andhra Bank, so it’s a pretty easy place for visitors to find when they are walking around the main center. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we’ve seen the area grow and change. The shop is simple, with just enough room for us to sit and talk with customers. We handle travel bookings and tour arrangements for the many pilgrims who come to Tirupati. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We just talk to people, figure out where they need to go, and help them get there. Some days are incredibly hectic, and we might be juggling several things at once, but that’s the nature of being in Tirumala. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We are just local people providing a service that’s needed here. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just seeing our sign while they go to the bank. We try to keep our prices fair and our information accurate. It’s a basic, honest business that relies on being useful to the people around us. We aren't looking to expand into some giant company; we like being a local fixture in the BBC Complex. That is our story, just a regular travel shop doing our part.
