We operate out of Murthyala Reddy Palli at Door No 7-84/1. It’s a bit away from the main town center of Tirupati, which is nice because it’s a little quieter. The 517501 area is quite large, and we’ve settled into this part of it nicely. Most of the time, you’ll find us sitting in the office looking over the schedules. We have a few different cars we use for trips. Keeping them clean is a never-ending job, especially with all the dust on the local roads. We know the families around here, and often we’re driving someone we’ve known for years. It’s more about personal connections in this neighborhood. We don’t have a big staff, just a few reliable people who know how to drive well and take care of the vehicles. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s a simple way of running things. We don’t have any complicated systems. If the phone rings, we answer it and see if we have a car available. We spend our weekends mostly doing repairs or cleaning out the interior of the vans. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. The office is just a room with a table and some ledgers where we write down the kilometers. It feels like home to us because we spend so much time there.
