Space Derivatives

Space Derivatives is located over on Renigunta Road in Tirupati. We are in Bismillah Nagar, very close to the Makka Masjid and also near Abhaya Kshetra. It’s a pretty busy part of town with a lot of traffic heading out towards the airport. We deal with how spaces are used, whether it’s for a shop or a house. Our office isn't very big, but it’s where we do all our drawings and planning. We spend a lot of our time looking at floor plans and trying to figure out where things should go. Being near the mosque means there is always a lot of activity around us. We have been here for a while and we know the local area quite well. We don't use any corporate jargon or big marketing talk. We just listen to what people want for their rooms and try to put it on paper so the builders can understand it. It’s a lot of work to get the details right, and sometimes we have to change things many times before the customer is happy. We work with local suppliers for most of our stuff because it makes things easier. The weather here can be quite hot, which makes site visits a bit tiring, but we stay busy. We are just a small team trying to make sense of the spaces people live in and making sure they are practical.
