Our office is a straightforward setup where we handle travel arrangements and bookings. It isn't a large place, just enough room for us to work and for a couple of customers to sit down and talk. We deal with bus tickets, car rentals, and sometimes flights too. The atmosphere in the office is usually quite casual. We know many of the people who come in because they live nearby or use our services regularly. Some days are hectic when there are big festivals in town, and we have to juggle a lot of different requests at once.
