Shambhavi Orange Bus Service

Shambhavi Orange Bus Service has its office at Shop No 12 in the Municipal Complex. This is on the Tirumala Bye-Pass Road in Tirupati. We are right opposite the Srinivasam building, which is a very busy place because of all the pilgrims. The Municipal Complex is a bit of an older building, and our shop is just one of many in a row. We have a small counter where we talk to people and a space in the back for our records. Being on the Tml By Pass Road means there are buses and cars going by at all hours of the day and night. It’s a very noisy spot, but it’s good for a bus service because everyone can find us. We spend a lot of time tracking the orange buses and making sure the drivers are where they need to be. It’s a lot of work to keep things moving on schedule, especially with the Tirupati traffic. The 517501 area is always crowded. We have a simple bench outside for people to sit on while they wait for their bus to arrive. Sometimes the heat in the complex is quite strong, so we keep the door open to get a breeze. It’s a very hands-on job. We don't have a lot of decorations, just the things we need to run the service every day. It’s a busy, dusty, and practical place to work and we stay focused on the task.
