Our place is located in the C Block of the Industrial Park, covering a few plots from 255 to 279. It’s a large area, which we need for all the aluminum profiles we handle at Sapa Profiles India Pvt. Ltd. The park is always buzzing with activity, and there’s a constant stream of trailers coming in to pick up loads. It’s a very industrial setting, with grey walls and heavy steel doors everywhere. We don’t spend money on making the office look like a hotel. Instead, most of the resources go into the warehouse and the production lines. It can get pretty loud when the extrusions are being moved around, but that’s just the sound of work. The team here is a mix of older guys who’ve seen it all and some newer faces learning the ropes. We drink a lot of tea to keep ourselves going throughout the long shifts. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a schedule that we try to stick to. It’s about getting the orders out on time and making sure the inventory is right. If you’re looking for us, look for the big blue gates in C Block. We’re usually there from early morning until quite late at night, making sure everything is loaded up correctly for the next day.
