We’ve been working out of Yamaganipalle for a while now. It’s a small place in Gudupalli Mandal and most people around here know where 122 is. We aren’t some big corporate group with a fancy lobby. Our days usually start early with a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on the guys at the sites. Sometimes the trucks show up late and it throws the whole morning off, but that’s just part of the business in Kuppam-Chittoor. We handle different types of development work. It’s mostly practical stuff, not the kind of thing you see in glossy magazines. We spend a lot of time walking around on uneven ground and looking at blueprints that have coffee stains on them. The weather can be a real pain too, especially when it gets too hot to work in the middle of the day. We just try to keep things moving forward as best as we can. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute I’m checking a boundary wall and the next I’m trying to sort out some paperwork for the local office. It’s a lot of coordination and some days are definitely easier than others. We don’t have a marketing department or anything. We just do the work and hope it speaks for itself. It's just us doing what we know how to do in our own corner of the world.
