Sai Nestham Medical Distributors

We've been at Madhava Nagar for a while now. It's a busy spot near Akkarampalli Road. Our shop, Sai Nestham Medical Distributors, handles medical stuff for the local area. People around Tirupati know where to find us. It's not a big fancy office, just a practical space where we manage the deliveries. We started this because there was a need for someone to get medicines and supplies to the right places. The day starts early here. We check the stock, talk to the delivery guys, and make sure everything is sorted. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the boxes piling up, but that’s how it goes. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just come by or call us when they need something specific. The 517501 area is where we spend most of our time. It’s a good community. We try to keep things simple. If a doctor or a small clinic needs something, we look into it. It’s mostly about getting things from point A to point B without too much fuss. Our building is easy to spot if you’re coming down the main road. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some days are slower than others, but we usually stay busy enough. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do our part here in Madhava Nagar.
