It’s a handy place for people who work in the local shops or live in the older houses around here. The clinic itself is quite simple. We have a reception area and a few rooms for the doctors to see people. It isn't the most modern-looking place, but it’s clean and it works for what we need. I’ve been running this for a bit, and I’ve seen how much the neighborhood has changed over the years. We get a lot of walk-ins who just need a quick consultation or a blood test. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in the waiting area, especially on rainy days when everyone wants to be inside, but people are generally patient. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just rely on people telling their neighbors about us. It’s a very local operation. We try to keep things efficient, but sometimes we talk a bit too much with the regulars who come in for their monthly checkups. That’s just the way we are here at 140 T Nagar.
