Royal Green Associates Llp is located at Shreeniketan. Our office is Flat No 307 in the Chittor Shiva Prasad block. It is where we handle all the administrative stuff for our projects. We have been working in this area for a good bit now. It is not a huge operation, but we stay busy enough. Usually, there is someone in the office to answer the phone, but we are often out in the field. Building things takes a lot of time and a lot of patience. We do not really have a polished front office because we would rather spend that money on the actual work we are doing. You might find some dust on the desks from the latest site visit. We try to keep things simple and direct. Dealing with property and development can get complicated, but we try to explain things in plain English to anyone who asks us. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a long time. It is a reliable team. Sometimes we stay late to finish up plans or go over the budgets again. Shreeniketan is a decent place to work from. We know most of the people who live and work around here. It has a bit of a community feel to it. We do not do any of that fancy marketing stuff. If we do a decent job, people tell their friends, and that is usually how we get our next project.
