Rain Commodities

This is our small branch out in Mandal Chittoor. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this part of India, but for us, it’s just where we work every day. The office is really basic. We focus on the commodities that come through this region. Since it’s 517213, we are tucked away a bit from the big city noise. You won't find any polished marble floors here. It’s mostly concrete floors and some sturdy desks that have seen better days. The air can be quite dry, and the sun is pretty relentless. We mostly deal with the local farmers and transporters who stop by to drop off paperwork or check on shipments. It’s a slow pace of life compared to Hyderabad or Vizag, but there is always something that needs doing. We don’t have a website or a big PR team. It’s just us and the ledger books. If you walked in, you’d probably see us having tea and talking about the rain or the crop prices. We like it this way. It’s a job that keeps us grounded. There isn't much to explain about the place other than it's where we get the work done. We’ve been part of the community here for a while, so everyone knows the Rain Commodities name around the village. It's just a regular workplace for regular people. We keep the gate open during the day and close up exactly at five.
