Quantity Surveyor

We are over here in Bandarola Palli, working out of the S/O V.Raja Reddy place. It’s near the K.R. Palli post office in the Piler area of Chittoor. The pin is 517214. If you know this part of Andhra Pradesh, you know it gets quite dusty and warm, especially in the middle of the day. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we do our quantity surveying. Most of our time is spent with big rolls of blueprints and calculators. We have to count everything—every bag of cement and every kilogram of steel that goes into a project. It’s tedious work, but we like the logic of it. The office is a bit crowded with old files and stacks of paper, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just rely on people knowing we do decent work. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when the breeze is nice. The people around here are mostly just going about their daily lives, and we are doing the same. We handle the cost estimates and the bills of quantities without making a big deal out of it. It’s just a local business trying to be honest and accurate with the numbers. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us drinking tea and staring at a spreadsheet. That’s just how it is here.
