Q&Q Properties & Constructions Private Limited is located at D.No 14-743 in Goolingspet, Chittoor. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but it’s where we belong. We deal with properties and building stuff. It’s not always glamorous. Most of the time it’s just phone calls, checking deeds, and looking at half-finished walls. Chittoor can get really hot, so the office is a nice break from the sun. We’ve been working in this area for a while now. We know the streets and the people. We aren't looking to become some national giant. We just like working here in Goolingspet. Our office is a bit messy with blueprints and old files, but we know where everything is. Clients come in to talk about buying a piece of land or starting a small house. We give them the facts and tell them what it’s going to cost. We don't like to sugarcoat things. If a wall is going to take another week, we say it’ll take another week. Being honest saves a lot of headaches later on. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about buildings. We get up, come to the office, do the work, and go home. There’s nothing more to it than that. We are just part of the local scene here in Chittoor, doing our best with every project we take on and keeping our word.
