We’re located at Plot No 565 in Maruthi Nagar, over in the Korlagunta area of Tirupati. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here for some time. Prasanna Tours And Travels is what we call the business. We focus on getting people to where they need to go, whether it's for a tour or just a trip. The office is pretty basic. It’s just a room with a couple of chairs and a table where we keep the files. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather keep the cars in good shape. It’s a family-run thing, mostly. We all pitch in when it gets busy. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it's dead quiet. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up and do the work. The traffic in Korlagunta can be a bit much in the mornings, so we usually start early. We know the local routes like the back of our hand. If you’re looking for a trip, we can help out. We don't do big advertisements. Most people find us because their neighbor used us before. It’s a simple way to run things. We just try to stay busy and keep the vehicles running. It’s a lot of maintenance but it's what we do. There's not much more to it than that. We are just local people working.
