Panyam Cement & Mineral Industries Ltd

Our office for Panyam Cement is located in Tirupati. Specifically, we are upstairs at 713 Bhavani Nagar. It’s in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. Being in a temple town like this has its own feel. The building is a regular spot, nothing that stands out too much from the street. We handle the cement and mineral side of things from this upstairs unit. It’s mostly paperwork, coordinating with the site, and talking to the distributors on the phone. The stairs can be a bit of a climb when you’re carrying heavy files, but we’re used to it. We have a few rooms where the staff sits. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the windows are usually open to catch whatever breeze comes through Bhavani Nagar. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just need a place to work and manage the industry stuff. People in the neighborhood know us as the cement office upstairs. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. It’s a steady job. We show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. There’s a lot of activity in the mineral business, so we stay pretty occupied with the day-to-day tasks. It's just a normal office in a normal part of town. We try to keep things simple and efficient without any extra fuss or unnecessary talk.
