Pandhari Infratech Private Limited has its office in the Harivillu Residency Apartment, which is over in the Chinthala Chenu area of Tirupati. We are in Flat No. 1, and it’s a pretty quiet spot for an infratech company. C Dharmaiah is the name on the door, and that’s where we do all our planning and administrative work. Being in an apartment building means it’s a bit different from a typical commercial office. It feels more like a home office, which suits us just fine. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. There’s just a living room area we’ve turned into a workspace with some desks and computers. Tirupati is a busy town, but our corner in Chinthala Chenu is tucked away a bit. We spend a lot of time traveling to different sites across the Chittoor district. The work we do is practical and involves a lot of coordination with different teams. We don't use corporate jargon or talk about being the leaders in the industry. We just handle the projects that come our way and try to make sure they get finished. Some days are slow with just paperwork, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We take it as it comes. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We like the simple setup because it keeps our focus on the actual construction work instead of office politics.
