Neerav Infra Private Limited is based in Tirupati at Seshasai Residency, which is part of the Hathiramji Colony in Padipeta. Our office is 19-45S1-3, located near the Airbyepass Road. It’s a convenient spot because we can get onto the main road quickly to visit our different sites. The office itself is quite modest. We have a few desks, some sturdy chairs for visitors, and a lot of binders filled with technical specs and permits. Since we are in Tirupati, the atmosphere is generally quite nice, though the bypass road gets very busy during the pilgrimage seasons. We don't have a fancy lobby or any marketing materials on the walls. Instead, we have a bunch of charts showing our progress on various infrastructure tasks. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. Sometimes we have lunch together at the desks, talking about the day’s challenges or just about what's going on in the city. We aren't trying to be some high-profile firm from a big metro city. We are local people who understand the land and the requirements here in Chittoor district. We speak plainly to our clients and don't try to hide behind complicated contracts or corporate speak. If there is a delay or a problem, we just deal with it directly. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where we focus on getting the actual physical work finished.
