Narayana Medicals

Narayana Medicals is a shop in Tirupati, right on Reservoir Road in the Alipiri area. Our door number is 4-3-789. If you know the Ramakrishna Duplex Circle, we are just on the opposite side of that. The pin code is 517507. It’s a pretty busy spot because of the circle, so there are always cars and bikes zooming past. We are a regular medical store, so our walls are covered with shelves full of medicine boxes and health products. There is a counter at the front where we talk to customers. It is not a very big shop, and it can get a bit crowded when a few people come in at once. We don’t have any air conditioning, just a couple of fans to keep the air moving during the hot Tirupati afternoons. Most of the people who come here are locals from the Alipiri neighborhood or people passing through on their way to the hills. We keep a lot of the common medicines in stock so people don't have to wait. It’s a straightforward business where we just hand out what is prescribed. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years. There are no fancy displays or marketing posters, just the medicines and us behind the counter. We open early in the morning and stay until late evening to make sure people can get what they need. Sometimes we are out of a specific pill but can get it by the next day.
