You can find us over at 2B in Reddeppa Naidu Colony. We are on Ctm Road, right near the Mee Seva center, so there is always a crowd outside and a lot of noise from the street. Madanapalle is a decent place to work, even if it gets a bit too hot in the afternoons for comfort. At My Ideology Software Solutions & Animations, we spend most of our time staring at timelines and lines of code. We do a lot of animation work here, which takes forever to render sometimes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and some good computers that we’ve gathered over time. We have a small team, and we usually just eat lunch together at the back while talking about random things. It’s a bit cramped with all the drawing tablets and wires running across the floor, but it works for us. Getting to the office can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on Ctm Road, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to focus on the projects. We started this because we liked making things move on a screen, and we just kept going with it. We don’t really do big presentations or anything like that. People just come in, tell us what they need, and we see if we can do it. Sometimes the software crashes and we have to start over, which is frustrating.
