This branch of Manjeera Constructions Ltd is a bit different because of our roots. We are connected to Hyderabad but our main point for this is over in Nadavaluru, Chittoor District. The address is S/O E.Chenchaiah, R.C.Puram, and it’s a place that feels a lot more personal than a big city office. We’ve been operating out of Andhra Pradesh, specifically the 517561 area, for a good while. It’s a family-connected sort of thing, which is why the name E.Chenchaiah is on the door. Construction work in a place like Nadavaluru is about knowing the land and the people who live on it. We aren't some corporate group from a skyscraper. We’re just local folks who know how to build things. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything running between the village and the bigger city requirements, but we manage somehow. Sometimes the supplies take longer to get here, but we’ve learned to plan for that. People in the district know us by name, which matters more than a fancy logo. We deal with the day-to-day grind of building and making sure everything is done right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We don't put on airs about what we do. We just build. We’re happy to be doing it here in Nadavaluru and serving the area as best as we can manage each year through every project.
