Leo Food Industries

We are located out at Survey No 51, not too far from Srinivasa Mangapuram in the Kaluru Mandal area. It’s more of an industrial setting out here, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around in the background. Leo Food Industries is where we spend our long hours, working with food processing and getting things ready for transport. The air usually smells like whatever we are working on that day. It’s a lot of physical work, moving bags and checking the equipment to make sure nothing has jammed up. The building is a bit dusty because of the location, but we try to keep the inside as tidy as we can. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for a while, and we all just get on with the job. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see a lot of visitors, since we’re focused on the production side of things. Sometimes the heat in the Mandal gets pretty intense, so we take our breaks in the shade whenever we can. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just want to get the orders filled and the trucks sent out on time. It’s a lot of sweat and effort, but it feels good at the end of the day when the gates are locked. We just take it one day at a time here, making sure we stay on top of the schedule.
