Lanco Kalahasti Castings Limited is located out in Rachagunneri village, which is part of the Srikalahasti Mandal. It is quite a journey to get out here, but this is where all the heavy lifting happens. We specialize in iron castings, so the environment is exactly what you would expect from a foundry. It is hot, it is loud, and there is a lot of metal being moved around. We are a bit far from the main city, but being in the village gives us the space we need for such a large operation. A lot of the people who work with us live nearby in the village or the surrounding areas of Srikalahasti. It is a tough job, and it is definitely not for everyone, but we take a certain amount of pride in the stuff we produce here. We don't have a fancy corporate office with air conditioning in every corner; mostly it is just the factory floor and a small administrative area. We focus on getting the casting process right and meeting the schedules we have set for our clients. There are days when things go wrong with the machinery or the weather makes the work even harder, but we just push through. We have been part of this landscape for a while now, and the community knows us as a place where people work hard. It is simple, honest industrial work, and that is all there is to it for us.
