We are Lakshmi Chaitanya Construction Llp. Our office is located at Flat No A543, in the A5 Block at 215 Creekside Residences. It's on Sampangi Drive, right across the road from the Chennai School in Sricity. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Most days you’ll find us here dealing with the day-to-day work that comes with running a construction business. It’s not a huge corporate office or anything like that, just a practical space where we can get our planning done. The area around Sricity is changing fast, and being right across from the school means we see a lot of activity every day. We mostly focus on our current projects and making sure things are moving along as they should. Sometimes the traffic on Sampangi Drive gets a little backed up when school lets out, but we don’t mind. It’s a good, central place for us to be. We keep our paperwork organized in the flat and meet here to talk about what needs to be done next on our sites. We aren't big on fancy talk. We just show up and do the work. Being based in Creekside Residences works well for our small team. We’ve gotten to know the neighborhood pretty well over the years. If you are looking for where we handle our business, this is the place. It's simple, honest work we do here. It gets a bit noisy at times, but we like the energy.
