You can find us at Prakash Plaza, right at shop number 15. We are situated on the Tirumala By Pass Road, which is almost always busy with buses and cars. Being right behind the RTC Bus Stand means there is never a quiet moment. We hear the engines and the horns all day long. It's a convenient spot for people arriving in Tirupati who need to go somewhere else quickly. We keep the office open long hours because you never know when a bus will pull in. Our desks are covered in notebooks and maps. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are always wiping things down. We have a small group of drivers who have been with us for a long time. They know the bypass road and the shortcuts better than anyone. We spend our days coordinating trips and making sure the cars are back on time. It gets hectic during the peak pilgrim seasons. We usually have a thermos of tea ready and someone is always checking the watch to see if a driver has reached their destination. It’s a practical business. We don't have fancy furniture or a waiting lounge. Just some chairs for people to sit while we sort out the details. Life moves fast here near the bus stand, and we just keep up with it.
