Hai Exports & Imports Private Limited is based in Jeevan Apartments, specifically Flat 5E on the 5th floor. We are located right on Renigunta Road, which is a very busy part of town, especially being right beside the SBI Zonal Office. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below, which is always moving. We chose this spot because it’s central and easy for our partners to visit. The office itself is pretty simple—just a few rooms filled with desks and shipping documents. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up from our computer when someone walks in. We spend our time managing exports and imports, which means we’re always on the phone or sending emails. The atmosphere is casual; we don’t wear suits and we don’t use corporate speak. We just talk like normal people and try to solve problems as they come up. Renigunta Road can be quite noisy with all the cars and buses, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the ins and outs of the business. We don't have any promotional scripts or big promises to make. We just focus on getting the work done every day and making sure the shipments are handled correctly from our little corner on the 5th floor of this apartment building.
