Graduate Engineer Trainee

I am located in Tirupathi, right in the SBI Colony on RC Road. The address is Dno:19-8-169M3. This part of Chittoor District is quite busy, especially with people coming through for the temple. I work here as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. The office is a modest place where we handle all our technical planning. It is not a high-rise building or anything like that. It is just a regular building where I have my desk and computer. Most of my day is spent looking at blueprints or doing some basic engineering calculations. I am here to get experience, so I try to stay busy with whatever needs doing. The street outside, RC Road, is usually full of activity, which is a nice change of pace when I look out the window. I don't have a big team behind me. It is mostly just me and a couple of others keeping things moving. We drink a lot of coffee to stay alert during the long afternoons. I am just trying to be useful and learn the practicalities of the job that they don't teach you in school. It is straightforward work, and I don't feel the need to dress it up with fancy words. It is just a trainee's life in a busy Andhra town, making sure I get every little detail correct. My goal is just to finish my training period here successfully.
