Our office is at 19-12-518 in the Bairagi Patteda area of Tirupati. We are situated right across from the park, which is nice because we can see the trees and people walking their dogs while we work. Bairagi Patteda is a bit quieter than the main temple areas, but we still stay plenty busy. Inside our office, things are kept simple. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and a big wall where we hang the keys for the cars. We spend our day managing the bookings for trips and talking to folks who want to see the local sights. Sometimes the kids playing in the park across the road get a bit loud, but it is a good sound to have in the background. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. If there is a traffic jam or a road closed for a procession, we usually hear about it first. We keep a pot of tea going most of the morning. It is a relaxed atmosphere, but we take the work seriously enough to make sure the cars are clean and the drivers show up on time. It is just a local business run by people who live right here in the neighborhood.
