DSBalaji Infrastructure (OPC) Private Limited is run from H.No: 4-131 in Gangavaram Village, which is part of Palamaner in Chittoor. Being an 'OPC' means it is a one-person company, so I handle a lot of the things myself. It is a small operation based right here in the village. I don't have a big staff or a fleet of trucks. Usually, I hire local labor when a project starts and we work together until it is done. Chittoor has its own way of doing things, and being in Gangavaram means I am close to the people I work for. The office is basically a room in the house where I keep the permits and the accounts. I spend most of my time out on the road or at a site in Palamaner. It’s hard work, especially when you have to manage everything from the money to the materials. I don't use any fancy marketing talk. I just tell people what I can do and I try to do it right. Sometimes it’s just small infrastructure jobs or helping someone with their plot. It’s a quiet life in the village, but the work keeps me on my toes. I've been at H.No: 4-131 for years and people know they can just walk up and talk to me. There’s no need for formal appointments or corporate stuff. I’m just a local guy trying to build a business.
