Our office is located in the Municipal Shopping Complex, right at Plot No 16. If you are standing near the Srinivasam complex, you can see us across the way. Being in a municipal building means there is always a lot of movement. People coming and going for all sorts of things. We have been part of this Tirupati community for a good bit of time now. The mornings start early for us because that’s when most travelers are looking to start their day. We check the car tires and make sure the oil is fine. It’s a daily routine that we don’t skip. The shopping complex can get pretty crowded, so parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We mostly deal with people headed to the hills or those just needing a ride to the station. Our drivers are local guys who know every shortcut to avoid the traffic lights when things get backed up. We keep a physical calendar on the wall to track who is going where. It’s old school but it works for us. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights, just the name on the door. It’s a quiet place inside even when the outside is noisy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to folks who walk in while they are doing their other errands in the complex.
