We've been up here on the second floor for a while now. Most people know the Big C store across from us, so finding the office isn't too hard if you're looking for it. It's a busy spot in Tirupati. We keep our cars ready and the drivers are usually around chatting near the stairs when it's quiet. Sometimes the traffic downstairs gets a bit loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping. We handle local trips and longer journeys too. It’s just a small team of us here. We keep a logbook for all the bookings and try to make sure the vehicles are clean before they head out. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, especially when several people call at once. We know the roads around here quite well. If you’ve lived in the 517501 area for long, you probably pass by our building all the time. The office itself is simple. We have a few chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. It’s not fancy or anything like that. We just focus on getting people where they need to go. Rain or shine, we’re usually here from morning until late. Sometimes we have tea from the stall nearby while waiting for the next customer. It's a typical local business life, dealing with schedules and fuel prices and the daily rush of the city.
