Civvy Constructions Private Limited is located on the second floor at D.No. 21-1-45/4 in Sreeram Nagar. It’s a residential area off Akkarampalli Road in Tirupai. Being on the second floor means we get a little bit of a view of the neighborhood, but we don’t spend much time looking out the window. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with when you’re in construction. We handle everything from the initial planning to the final touches. It’s a lot of work for a small team. Tirupai is a busy place, and getting around to different sites can be a challenge with the traffic. We just take it as it comes. We aren't into big advertisements or making grand promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go do it. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always stay until they’re fixed. That’s how we were taught to work. Our office is simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't have a receptionist to greet you with a smile; you usually just walk in and find one of us on the phone. We prefer it that way. It’s more personal. We know the local suppliers well and they know us. It’s about building those relationships over years. We’re just a local business trying to do a decent job for the people around Chittoor.
