We don't have a marketing department; we just have people who know how to grade a mango and how to pack them so they don't get bruised on the way to the market. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying on top of the weather. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the mango growers in our area get the right value for their crops. We’ve been living and working in Chittoor for a long time, so we understand how the market works here.
