Our office is located in Sri Venkatapathi Nagar, specifically at D.No. 5-63 and 5-92. It’s a quiet enough area in Tirupati. We’ve been running this travel business for a bit. We have a few cars and we take people where they need to go. Mostly it's local trips or people coming for the temple. The office is just a room with some desks and maps on the wall. It’s not a big corporate building. My brother and I usually handle the bookings. Sometimes the phone rings all day, other times it's quiet. We don't have a big marketing team. People just call us or stop by when they see the sign. The roads can be rough around here, but our drivers know the shortcuts. We keep the vehicles as clean as we can. It’s a lot of work keeping everything scheduled. Sometimes a driver gets sick and we have to shuffle things around last minute. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get people to their destination on time. It’s a local operation. We live nearby so we're usually around if someone needs something. If you're looking for us, we're right there in the neighborhood. We’ve lived in Tirupati all our lives so we know the routes well. It is a simple job but it keeps us busy through the week and on weekends too.
