Our place is at 45-9-38 in Peddapalavedu. It’s not in the middle of a big city, which is fine by us. We have more space here to do what we need to do. Ccl Products India Limited is the name we go by. We work with coffee on a larger scale than a small cafe. There’s always a lot of activity at our site. Trucks coming in with raw materials and leaving with finished goods. It’s a practical environment. We have big machines that need a lot of attention. Our workers are mostly from the surrounding areas. We know their families and they know ours. It’s a community effort to keep things running. We don't have a polished showroom. Most of our space is dedicated to production and storage. It can get quite hot during the summer months, but we have fans going. We focus on the process. Every step has to be done a certain way. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We aren't into fancy words or big promises. We just put in the hours and make sure the coffee is ready when it needs to be. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay. The dust and the noise are just part of the everyday routine for us.
