Cambridge Grammer And Spoken English Institute is located in Tirupati. We are at 20-3-8 in Padmavathi Puram which is off the main Renigunta Road. Our building is actually called Chadalavada Krishnamurthy Nilayam. We are on the rear street behind the main buildings. It can be a little bit tricky to find the first time because you have to turn off the busy road and head into the smaller lanes. The area is much quieter than the main road though. We have a few simple rooms here with benches and some old posters about grammar on the walls. It is a very basic setup with no fancy furniture or air conditioning. We just use the fans and keep the doors open to stay cool. Sometimes you can hear the trains in the distance or the sound of traffic from Renigunta Road. The building is a typical residential-style structure that we have been using for a long time. There is a small space out front where people park their scooters. We spend our days here talking and going through books. It is a very relaxed atmosphere without any of the stress of a big office. Most of our neighbors are local families who have lived in Padmavathi Puram for years. If you ask for the Nilayam building most people on the street can point you in the right direction. It is a humble place but it works.
