Arhaan Cool Drinks

Simhadripuram Main Road is always noisy with buses and bikes. We sit right here at Plot No.87-21-9 and watch the world go by all day long. The shop for Arhaan Cool Drinks is small but we cram a lot of stuff inside the space. The fridges hum constantly, which is a sound you just get used to after a week of working here. I spend a lot of my time cleaning the glass because the road dust is never-ending. We opened up here because it seemed like a good spot where people would be thirsty after their travels. Usually, the afternoons are the busiest when the sun is right overhead and the laborers take their breaks. We do not have much in the way of decoration, just some old posters on the walls and a calendar that is a few months out of date. My cousin helps out on the weekends when things get really hectic. We have a small back room where we store the empty glass bottles, and it is always a bit of a mess back there no matter how many times I stack them up. The main road has changed a lot since we started, with more shops now and much more traffic. Sometimes the rain floods the front step and we have to put out some heavy bricks for people to walk on. It is just a regular shop where we do our best to keep things running. No big secrets to it, just keeping the bottles cold.
