Anusha White Ice Factory

The factory is situated at Dno-18-2-263C/12, which is part of the C.M.R Complex. We are right on the Tirumala Bye Pass Road in Ashok Nagar. It’s a very busy area with a lot of trucks and cars passing by at all hours. Because we are an ice factory, it’s always loud inside with the sound of the compressors and the water moving. It’s also very wet on the floor, so we always have to wear boots. The work is hard and repetitive. We are lifting heavy things and moving blocks of ice around all day long. It’s not the kind of job where you sit at a desk. The CMR complex has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always something happening nearby. We deal with a lot of different people who come to pick up ice for their own shops or events. The bypass road makes it easy for them to get to us, but the traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours. We don't have a fancy office for meetings. Usually, we just talk to people right there on the loading dock. The building is old and has some rust here and there because of all the moisture, but it does the job. We focus on the work and don't worry too much about how the place looks. It’s just a factory doing what it’s supposed to do. It keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
