ALVA INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is located at No 19-08-34 in Hathiramji Colony. We are quite close to the Annamayaha Circle in Tirupati. If you are familiar with the Chittoor-517501 area in Andhra Pradesh, you probably know exactly where that is. It is a pretty active part of the town to be in. We work on various infrastructure projects, which basically means a lot of time spent out in the sun and dealing with a lot of heavy equipment. Our office in Hathiramji Colony is where we do all the hard work of organizing and planning. It is a very plain building, nothing special to look at, but it works for what we need to get done. We are not big on corporate talk or those polished presentations. We usually just sit down with a cup of coffee and try to figure out the logistics for the next project. Managing infrastructure is a whole lot of work, and there are always things that do not go according to the plan. We just deal with them as they come up. Being near the circle makes it a lot easier for our crews to get where they need to go in the mornings. We have been part of this community for some time now. We do not use any marketing tricks; we just let the roads or the buildings speak for themselves. Most of our day is spent talking to workers and checking on site progress.
