We are right out on the bypass road in Kuppam, specifically in Revenue Ward 8. If you’re driving through Chittoor, you’ve probably seen the 8-288/11 building. It’s a convenient spot because people can pull over easily without getting stuck in the middle of town traffic. The office is a Nidhi company, so we handle savings for local folks who don’t want to deal with the big banks. It’s a pretty basic setup inside. We have some plastic chairs for when people have to wait and a big desk where we keep all the files. The bypass road can get quite noisy with the trucks going past, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down. Most of our members are people we see at the market or the temple. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We’d rather keep things practical. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break, but mostly we are just here working through the paperwork. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. You get to know people’s faces and their families. It makes the work feel like it matters more than just numbers on a page. We’re just a local business in Kuppam, trying to keep things moving along for everyone involved. It works well for us.
