Our office is located in Peddakapu Layout in Tirupati Urban. The address is a bit long, No.13-600/44/158/2, and we are situated on the second floor. Working in a hatchery is quite different from other types of work. It is all about timing and making sure the conditions are exactly right for the eggs to hatch. We spend a lot of our time monitoring temperatures and humidity levels. Even though our main office is on the second floor, we are always moving back and forth to where the actual hatchery work happens. Chittoor district has a lot of poultry activity, so we are right in the thick of it. The layout is usually busy with people moving around, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a separation from the street noise. The folks here are a small group and we have all been doing this for years. We do not have a polished corporate look. The office is filled with schedules, thermometers, and logs of hatch rates. It is a practical environment where the main goal is just to make sure the chicks are healthy. Sometimes the work is messy and the hours are strange because eggs don't wait for anyone, but we enjoy the process. We are just regular people who have learned the ins and outs of the hatchery business through plenty of trial and error over the years.
