Makrana Marbles

We are located out in Village Kaseti. It is a quiet place compared to the city, which is nice for the kind of work we do here. Dealing with Makrana marble is what we know best. We spend our days around big slabs of stone. It is heavy work, and everything ends up covered in white dust by the end of the shift. We get the stone in, and then it is a lot of cutting and polishing to get it ready for people to use. It is not a fast process. You cannot rush stone or it breaks. We have lived in this village for generations, and the business has stayed here too. People travel out this way because they know the quality of the marble from this region. We do not have a fancy showroom with lights and air conditioning. It is just the yard and the sheds where the saws are kept. Sometimes the power goes out in the village and we have to wait around, but that is just how it is. We talk to customers directly, usually over a cup of tea while they look at the different batches of stone. Every piece of marble is a bit different, so it takes time for people to choose what they want. We do not try to push anyone into a sale. We just show what we have in stock and let them decide. That is how we have always done it.
