Our office for Ivrcl I&P Ltd is located in Karwi, specifically in the S.D.M. Colony. We are set up care of the Shivpuri Public School area in Chitrakoot. It’s an interesting spot because we are right near the school, so it gets quite lively when the kids are arriving or leaving. The office itself is quite plain. We use it mainly for coordinating our projects throughout this part of Uttar Pradesh. Karwi is a place where you need to know people to get things done, and we’ve spent a lot of time building those local connections. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site reports. We don't have a big staff here, just a handful of people who know how to handle the local requirements. The building isn't new, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it serves its purpose well. We spend a lot of time on the phone, tracking deliveries and talking to site managers. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. We dress for the weather and the work. The summer heat in Chitrakoot can be pretty intense, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the day. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where the main focus is just keeping the projects moving forward.
