Astik Oshdhi Bio Energy Farmer Producercompany Limited operates out of a space in Chitrakoot. Specifically, we are located in Audaha, Rajapur. If you are looking for us, we are at Manoj Singh’s place, which is house number 141. It is a regular house in a quiet neighborhood and that is where we do all our planning and meetings. This whole thing started because we were interested in bio energy and how it could work for the farmers in our part of the region. Being out here in Chitrakoot means we are close to the people who are actually doing the work on the ground. We do not have a fancy reception desk or corporate signs everywhere. Usually, you will just find a couple of us sitting around a table going over the books or talking on the phone with suppliers. Manoj Singh is kind enough to let us use this part of his home for the business. The work is mostly about coordinating between different farmers and trying to figure out the best way to move our bio energy projects forward. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk about the weather, while other days are busy with people coming in and out. It is just a local operation run by people who live here and care about how things are done in our own backyard.
