You can find Surana Pharma right on New Jain Temple Road. We are directly opposite the New Jain Temple, which makes it very easy for people to give directions to our place. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when there are big festivals at the temple. Our business is mostly about supplying pharmaceutical goods to the local clinics and people who live around here. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. The shop has a counter at the front and rows of glass cabinets behind it. We keep everything organized by category, but sometimes the labels get a bit faded from the sun. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We take turns sitting at the desk and answering the phone. It’s not a high-tech operation. We still use a lot of handwritten ledgers alongside the computer we got a few years back. The breeze comes in through the front door during the day, which is nice. Most of our customers are regulars who we know by name. They stop by for their usual supplies and we chat for a minute. We don’t do much advertising because the temple brings plenty of foot traffic past our door anyway. We just focus on keeping the stock levels right so we don't run out of the important stuff. It’s a steady job and we like the location. Being across from the temple gives the place a calm feeling most days. We are just a local pharmacy trying to keep the neighborhood healthy.
